of FKU Uprdor “North-West” spoke about the restrictions that will come into force on April 16 . We are talking about the northern section of the outer ring (km 0–506 – km 10+561), which is being reconstructed by VAD JSC under a state contract. After completion of the work, the roadway on the above 11 km long section will be expanded to six lanes. Until that moment, traffic will be restarted from the outer to the inner ring of the Ring Road.”In the period from April 16 to October 15, 2023, the movement of cars will be carried out only along the inner ring, one lane in each direction,” said Ilya Puzyrevsky, head of the territorial situational center of the FKU Uprdor North-West.Temporary road signs limiting the speed limit, directing arrows with light indication and fencing elements will be installed at the work site. Information about all restrictions will be displayed on the scoreboard and signs of variable information of the automated traffic control system of the Ring Road.
