No changes have been seen in northern Kosovo, the EULEX mission said, commenting on reports that Serbia is refurbishing Interior Ministry premises in North Mitrovica, Leposavić, Zvecan and Zubin Potok, May 13 reports N1.
The mission noted that they could not confirm this information either on the ground or in the institutions of Serbia. Neither the Kosovo government nor the Kosovo Interior Ministry commented on them.
Recall that until 2013, Serbia had its own security structures in North Mitrovica, Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposavich. Following the Brussels Dialogue agreement, they were integrated into Kosovo institutions, mainly the Kosovo Police.
